Reverse Logistics

All Credo® solutions are designed with longevity and reusability in mind. In addition to enjoying the consistently superior performance of Credo®, our clients benefit from a robust reverse logistics system designed to maximize their return from these revolutionary thermal solutions. For years MTS has assisted clients in managing the complexities of reverse logistics. Using our proprietary web-based software, clients can track their individual units throughout their particular transportation cycle, receiving notifications when refurbishments and replacements are due. To date, one client has accounted for nearly 10,000 shipments that have been recorded without the loss or thermal failure of a single unit.

Implementation Services

Refurbishment and Kitting

Minnesota Thermal Science offers a Refurbishment Program that handles product maintenance for our customers. In a closed-loop system, we provide the resources for ensuring that product is shipped to the right place at the right time in a quality container. This includes inspection, sanitizing and any necessary component replacement, including kitting of additional OEM components.
