Credo Encore can trace the location and condition of your MTS shippers, from warehouse to processing center to client sites -- and then back, for refurbishment and re-use. The web-based application is straightforward and easy to use, and allows our clients an unprecedented view into the distribution of valuable assets.
Additionally, MTS is partnering with logistics companies like Federal Express and UPS, to provide immediate updates on pickup and delivery of the shipping units. This allows accurate and dependable reporting on where each individual unit is, when it was delivered, and when it was returned.
Credo Encore also records any maintenance done to the shippers, a complete history of where they have been, when they were refurbished, and how long they have been in service. Aging and maintenance reports can be used to make decisions about when to replenish, repair, or replace a shipper. Inventory and return percentage reports can help analyze which client locations are returning shippers for re-use and which are not.
